I'm not quite sure what makeup she was wearing, but a defined purple eye looks very elegant along with the glowy cheeks. I have my hair up, even though I'm pretty sure here hair was down, and I'm wearing a diamond necklace.

Here is a neutral look for spring. I hope you like! 
For the eyes, take Sunset Gold Eyeshadow from DOT and add it all over the lid. Then, in the outer corner, take LUXE Caramel Eye Dust and apply 3 layers. Add mascara, and line your upper and lower lashline. 
For cheeks, take DOT Warm Apricot Blush and apply 2 layers all over your cheeks. This can act as bronzer. For lips, take Sunset Gold Lipstick from DOT, and apply a coat of LUXE Lipgloss.

I always add my mascara first just so I can get a better look at the makeup as a whole. Then, I used a yellow all over the lid and into the crease. The Vanilla Yellow shadestick available at DOT is an example. Next, I used Orchid Bloom Eyeshadow on the middle of the lid. I layered it about 2 times, and then went ahead and dragged the Bermuda Shadestick on the outter corner of the lid and 'v-ed' upwards. You could honestly be done with the eyelook now, but I'll show how to get the darker look. 
Line the upper lashline with TechnoGoth Eyepencil. Make sure you don't go into the inner corner because we want the area to be bright. Next, I took a white shadestick (you could use any of the 3 from DOT) and used a tiny bit in the inner corner. Then, line your lower lashline with Summer Pear Eyepencil and add a bit of Tiger Lily Eyeshadow on the ball of your eye, or between the blueish purple color and the turquoise. Then, layer the blue and turquoise color a bit more. 
For blush, start buy contouring, using Caramel Blush, and then use Pink Cashmere Blush and Pink Lavender Blush on the apples of the cheeks. Soften the look by using Warm Apricot Blush. 
And for lips, add Sunset Gold Lipstick and a bit of LUXE gloss to finish it off.
