This is the final look. I think, since this look could be the centerpiece of your outfit, you could wear a simple black dress and silver accesories. Or, you could tone down the colors a bit and focus more on your outfit or a statement necklace.
This first step is the base of your look. First add LUXE Twilight Blue Eye Dust onto the outer half of both lids. Then add LUXE Cloud Dancer Eye Dust onto the inner half of your lid. Use DOT White Collection Eye Pencil into the inner corner, by your tearduct. Then add DOT Black Eye Khol underneath your bottom lashes.
For the second step, take DOT Ash Blue Eyeshadow and place it in the center of your lids, right where the two LUXE colors meet. Make sure to blend it out so it doesn't look too harsh, and don't make it look to muddy. Then, use both Lengthening and Volumizing Black Mascara.
For the last step, I added fake eyelashes, but obviously this is optional. After that, add some DOT Pink Legacy blush. Then, add a tad bit of LUXE Lipgloss to finish it off. Your done!
